Phase 2 Overview

Phase 2 of LGL’s tool development will expand the existing BOM extraction solution by:

1. Matching with Jose Master Part List to automate part number matching and leverage UpKeep work order template for upload to UpKeep
2. Changes to the UX and Front-end design of the app to support new user interactions, including homepage edits, uploading Parts List file (this can be re-uploaded) and Missing Part Notification.
3. Adding support for MTO files into workflow ****

• Phase 2A (LGL Part Number & UpKeep Integration): $20,800
• Phase 2B (Home screen & MTO): $17,400

1️⃣ Access BOM Extractor Dashboard → 2️⃣ User selects processing option → 3️⃣ **Upload content (ISO / MTO)**→ 4️⃣ Part number matching to Jose Master Lookup → 5️⃣ Create Work Order Template for UpKeep Upload → 6️⃣ User Clicks Download BOM or Download UpKeep File

Step 1: Access BOM Extractor

• User logs into the BOM ****Extractor.
• Dashboard presents two primary processing paths:
  1. Isometric Drawing Upload (Hatch or IKO)
  2. MTO File Upload (Pre-extracted BOM data)

Step 2: Select Processing Options

User is prompted to select from three dropdown menus:

1. Format: Hatch or IKO (for isometric drawings)
